We want to question the canons of today’s sustainability and bring a new vision of it. A clear, real and truly sustainable vision.

No waste

We’re aiming to use 100% of each ingredient between bar and kitchen, reducing waste to a minimum, giving a second and new life to products otherwise thrown away. From spent coffee through fruit and vegetable peels to old bread just to give some examples of it.
This and much much more.

All the products we use come from a short supply chain. Local and seasonal ingredients, purchased from small businesses such as family ones with decades-long traditions, ethical and sustainable productions.
