A new sustainability

We want to question the canons of today’s sustainability and bring a new vision of it. A clear, real and truly sustainable vision.

No waste

We’re aiming to use 100% of each ingredient between bar and kitchen, reducing waste to a minimum, giving a second and new life to products otherwise thrown away. From spent coffee through fruit and vegetable peels to old bread just to give some examples of it.
This and much much more.

Km Ø

All the products we use come from a short supply chain. Local and seasonal ingredients, purchased from small businesses such as family ones with decades-long traditions, ethical and sustainable productions.

Cocktails, Wines & Spirits

We have a big menu of signature cocktails and of course we make the classics too.
You’ll be able to find cocktails of any kind, from aperitifs to after dinner, passing through specially designed pairings to be enjoyed with our dishes. A constantly updated wine list awaits you as well.
Another flagship is our wide selection of spirits where Rum, Whiskey and Gin stand out.

Food

Ristopizzeria & Hamburgeria

Our menu offers a very wide choice. Pizza alla pala, Hamburgers and of course antipasti, primi and secondi.
Our desserts vary from week to week and are all home made.
Our pizzas are very light and highly digestible, with 87% hydration; the flours used for the base are produced by “Molino Bongiovanni” in Pianfei and through a social project focused on reintegration in the society the pizza as well as all bread we use are produced in the Cuneo prison by the inmates.
